Norumbega Mountain - Goat Trail to Hadlock Pond & Hadlock Falls, Acadia National park
The Goat Path up Norumbega Mountain offers beautiful forest views, and ends in a nice walk by Hadlock Pond & Hadlock Falls. This trail has a lot of elevation gain in the beginning, but it flattens out relatively quickly, and it sends you through a lovely pathway of small trees. You walk across the granite path and you are embraced by the lovely forest path.

Dogs: I would bring a dog up here for sure.
Kids: If they are ok with the initial climb and distance, I think this would be an excellent hike for kids!
